Our Recruitment Process

Discover & Define

A discovery briefing takes place to establish client needs, culture, market offering and the requirements of the position. The briefing leads to the creation of a Search Matrix - a document outlining the must-have skills and qualities essential for success in the role.

Qualify & Assess

We complete a comprehensive qualification assessment that includes competency and technical-based questioning to match a candidate’s experience and skills against the Search Matrix. We use this opportunity to determine an individual’s alignment with our client’s values and culture.

Guide & Influence

We manage the entire interview process from scheduling and candidate briefing to post-interview feedback. We consult and advise to ensure all questions have been addressed by the time a decision is due to be made.

Search & Identify

The research phase is orchestrated by Just Hire LLC's in-house Research Team. Proactive headhunting, networking and next-generation technology are used to identify potential applicants and supplement our extensive database.

Select & Shortlist

The most appropriate applicants are shortlisted for onward submission to the client. The client receives a candidate profile and technical report detailing how the individual has scored against the Search Matrix. A meeting is arranged with the client to discuss the shortlisted candidate’s suitability.

Close & Feedback

We provide full offer management to include the handling of counter offers and the provision of post-offer support. Finally, we seek feedback on the hiring process from all stakeholders to aid continuous improvement

Choose a Model That Suits Your Needs:

Retained

Retained recruitment services involve a deeper and more exclusive partnership.

In this model, our client pays a retainer fee upfront to secure our services exclusively for a particular job search or set of job searches.

Our team then works closely with the client to understand its hiring needs, culture, and job requirements in great detail.

We then conduct an extensive search for qualified candidates, often targeting passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new employment.

This approach is typically used for high-level executive and leadership positions or for positions that are critical to our client's success.

Retained searches are highly specialized and provide a high level of service, often guaranteeing the placement of a suitable candidate.

This model has a fixed fee of 20% of the successful candidates' first year's annual salary

Contingent

Contingent recruitment services involve a non-exclusive arrangement

We the agency, are only paid a fee if we successfully place a candidate who is hired by our client.

This approach is commonly used for mid-level positions and a wide range of job roles.

This is a higher risk, higher reward model, that gives our client the freedom to engage with multiple agencies simultaneously on the same search.

This model has a fixed fee of 30% of the successful candidates' first year's annual salary.

Exclusive

Exclusive recruitment services fall between retained and contingent models in terms of exclusivity.

In this model, an organization chooses to work exclusively with us for a specific job search or set of searches, but without paying a retainer fee.

Just Hire Inc. will invest time and resources in understanding the organization's requirements and conducting the search for candidates.

We are highly motivated to fill the position because it has exclusive access to the job opening and the potential for a fee upon successful placement.

Exclusive recruitment is often chosen when an organization wants a dedicated partnership with a single agency but may not require the level of specialization and commitment associated with retained services.

This model has a fixed fee of 25% of the successful candidates' first year's annual salary.
